By accessing or using Catholic Daily, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of the Service

Catholic Daily provides daily Gospel readings, saint quotes, liturgical calendar content, and widget themes. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without permission.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Premium features may be offered through in-app purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat. Payment, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Apple's terms and policies. We do not process payment data directly.

Intellectual Property

Catholic Daily, its branding, design, and original content are owned by us. Scripture translations and liturgical content are used under appropriate licenses. Theme images and other assets are provided for use within the app only.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is." Gospel readings and liturgical content are for devotional use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of third-party content. The app is not a substitute for official liturgical publications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Material changes may be communicated in the app or via email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
