Open Catholic Daily, go to Settings, tap Jesus Symbol or Cross Symbol, then choose a design. The Lock Screen widget may take a few seconds to update.

Content follows the liturgical calendar. In the app you can set how often widgets refresh—for example once or twice a day, every 6 hours, or every 2 hours—and browse previous readings anytime.

Yes. Choose widget sizes, themes (built-in and online when you are connected), custom themes with Patron, and Lock Screen Jesus and Cross symbol collections. Pick an alternate app icon in Settings. Show Gospel, saint quotes, or both. On iOS 17+, Medium and Large Home Screen widgets let you move between quotes, share, and favorite without opening the app.

Yes! Catholic Daily works fully offline. Daily content is cached on your device, so you can access Gospel readings and saint quotes anytime without an internet connection.
